All new clients require patch test up to 24h before treatment

What information do we need

We need and therefore we collect your contact details: your full name, phone number, email address. We will also need to know about your age and health in order for a treatment to go ahead. For our records and evidence of the treatment we need before & after pictures of your eyes.

Storing information

We will store your personal information in a secure and safe location. The data is stored in our company’s iPad hard disc, which is protected by password, and at Drop Box Account, which is GDPR compliant. In the unlikely incident of data being used inappropriately or stolen, you will be contacted immediately.

Why do we need it, How will we use it and How long will we keep it

We ask for your contact details so that we can send you appointment confirmation and reminders, as well as contact you if there are any problems regarding your booking. We ask about your age to make sure that you are at least 18 years old and therefore we could proceed with the treatment. We need before & after pictures of your eyes to have an evidence of work quality, style and shape which has been done on you for the further appointments to be able to perform the same result. Health questions are asked so that we can make adjustments during your treatment, if required.

We require all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments and also for insurance purposes. We will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons.

You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not - we cannot offer you a treatment with Lashed_by_daria. You must fulfill your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for us to fulfill ours (carry out treatment).

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you at any time. You have the right to withdraw your consent if you haven’t done any treatments with us, otherwise because of insurance purposes we need to retain this record for period at least of 7 years from the date of the treatment and, in the case of a minor, for a period of at least 7 years after that minor attains majority.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email at bookings@beauty⎯spot.ie We will provide information on all data about you within 30 days. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Contacting you

We will only make contact with you should we need to make any changes to your existing appointment.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about our promotions and offers. However you do not have to agree to this for treatment to start. If you agree to being contacted for marketing purposes using the following methods please tick the relevant boxes to give your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us.

Sharing your information

We do not share your personal data with any third party, except Beauty Spot. We are committed to ensuring all third-party partners are GDPR compliant and have appropriate Privacy Policies.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

The right to complain
